Data Deletion Request

Visionex Platform · Last Updated: April 2026

This page explains how to have the data Visionex holds about you deleted, including anything we received from Meta when you messaged us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us which service the data relates to — for example a message you sent to the Visionex page on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct — and roughly when you contacted us, so we can find the right conversation. If you have a Visionex account, send the request from the email address on that account.
  3. We confirm we received the request, delete what we hold, and write back to tell you what was removed.

Send requests to hello@visionex.app

What gets deleted

For Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct we delete the conversation record we hold: the text you sent, the replies we sent back, the platform-scoped identifier Meta gave us for you, the message identifiers and the timestamps. For a Visionex account we delete or anonymise the personal data held under that account. We cannot delete anything Meta holds on its own platforms — the copy of the conversation in your Messenger or Instagram inbox belongs to your Meta account, and you can remove it from there yourself.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. Where we are required to keep a limited record — for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or a legal obligation — we keep only what that requires and delete the rest.

Deleting a Visionex account

If you have a Visionex account you can also ask us to close it entirely, using the same address. Closing an account removes or anonymises the personal data held under it, subject to the limited retention described above.
