This Privacy Policy explains how Visionex collects, uses, stores, and protects information about you when you use our platform, including VXBazaar, the VX Finance Hub, file conversion tools, AI-powered services, community features, games, and the VX Coins system. By using Visionex, you agree to the practices described here.
When you register, we collect your username, email address, password stored as a secure hash, and optional profile details such as display name and avatar.
If you open a shop or make purchases, we collect shop names, product listings, pricing, transaction records, and buyer-seller communications. Shop tier selections and VX Coins spent on setup fees are also recorded.
We track your VX Coins balance, earning history from games, activities, and ad views, and spending history such as shop creation and marketplace actions. This data is necessary to operate the rewards system.
When you interact with AI-powered features, your messages may be processed by independent third-party AI service providers to generate responses. We do not permanently store AI conversation history beyond what is needed for the session unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or a feature you choose to use.
Voice chat features may use independent real-time communication infrastructure providers to process audio data and enable communication. Voice sessions are not recorded by Visionex unless explicitly stated for a specific feature or required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or user safety.
When you message a Visionex page or account on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, Meta sends us the text you wrote, the platform's own scoped identifier for you (a page-scoped or Instagram-scoped ID — not your profile, email or phone number), the message identifier and the time it was sent. We store this so we can read your question, keep the conversation in order, avoid answering the same message twice, and hand it to a person when automated help is not enough. The text of your message is processed by third-party AI providers to generate a reply. We never receive your Facebook or Instagram password, your friend or follower list, or your profile details.
Posts, comments, reactions, and other content you publish in the community are stored and visible to other users according to your privacy settings.
We automatically collect IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, pages visited, session duration, click events, and error logs to maintain and improve the platform.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address solely to send platform updates and announcements. Your email is processed through Resend for delivery, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
When you purchase Professional Tools using VX Coins, we record the tool ID, VX Coins deducted, purchase timestamp, and user ID to manage access and prevent duplicate charges.
When you use Radar AI or image analysis features, uploaded or camera-captured images may be sent to independent third-party AI service providers for analysis. Images are processed for the requested feature and are not retained longer than necessary unless required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or a feature you choose to use.
If you use the VX Finance Hub, we store the watchlists you create, portfolio entries you add for tracking purposes, and your interactions with market news and the AI Analyst feature. Market prices and financial data displayed are retrieved from independent third-party data providers and are not personal data about you.
When you make a cash or card payment on VXBazaar, or use the Delivery service, or connect a shop for payouts, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by an independent third-party payment processor; Visionex does not store your full card number. For sellers who enable payouts, we store the payout account status and identifier provided by the payment processor. Physical orders and delivery requests also require a shipping or pickup address, which is shared only with the relevant seller or driver to fulfill the order.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences such as theme and language, maintain login sessions, measure usage, improve platform performance, and enable advertising through independent third-party advertising networks. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize or measure ads according to their own policies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly. Visionex may use independent third-party service providers to operate its services. Each provider is an independent entity with its own privacy policy and data handling practices. Listing a provider does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, agency, ownership, or official affiliation.

Delivers the messages you send to Visionex on Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp, and delivers our replies back to you. Meta handles those messages on its own platforms under its own terms and privacy policy.
Display advertising. Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads.
Real-time voice communication in community rooms.
Transactional and newsletter email delivery. Your email is shared with Resend solely for communications you requested.
Payment processing for VXBazaar cash orders and seller payouts. Card details are processed directly by Stripe; Visionex does not store full card numbers.
Public market price data for the VX Finance Hub. No personal data is sent to this provider.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with independent service providers solely to operate, secure, support, analyze, or improve the platform; with competent authorities only when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or necessary to address credible safety risks; or with a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale. No such sharing creates a government affiliation, agency relationship, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or official status.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed password storage, row-level database security, and regular security reviews. No system is completely immune to breaches. If a data incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
We retain account data while your account is active or as needed to provide services, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. VXBazaar transaction logs and VX Coins history may be retained for up to 3 years for fraud prevention and account integrity. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. If you delete your account, we aim to remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days except where retention is required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate platform operations.
Visionex is not directed at children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the platform with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly. Parents or guardians may contact hello@visionex.app to request review or deletion.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Visionex serves a global audience. Your data may be processed in countries where Visionex or its independent service providers operate, and those countries may have data protection laws different from your country. Where applicable, users may have additional rights under local privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws. These rights are not limited by this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our platform, services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through the platform. The Last Updated date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of Visionex after changes constitutes acceptance.
